This pale green Art Nouveau Filigree Prehnite ring is a size 7 3/4 but can be sized from a 6 to a 9.

Prehnite is an inosilicate of calcium and crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, which most oftens forms as stalactitic or botryoidal aggregates. Very rarely will it form distinct, well individualized crystals showing a square-like cross-section, like those found at the Jeffrey Mine in Asbestos, Quebec, Canada. In April 2000, a rare orange Prehnite was discovered at the famous Kalahari Manganese Fields in South Africa. It is mostly translucent, and rarely transparent.

The stone used here measures about 3/4 by 1/2 inch.
